Awesome

We had a great experience at this dealership. Gerwin was our salesman and he was kind, friendly, informative, and patient. I went in ready to battle with a pushy salesman and it was not needed at all. Gerwin was very respectful, allowed us time to make a decision in privacy and we never felt rushed, never felt like he was more interested in a commission off the sale than in us as people. We would definitely recommend this dealership again. Adam in financing was kind & courteous also, worked with us & gave us time to look at our options. What was even more impressive was we were buying a used vehicle that is not their brand and never once did they try to push us into a Volvo brand vehicle. Overall, their team did a great job, we appreciated the experience and love our new vehicle.

S90 T5

S90 is a great car that's why I plan to purchase it since this May. However, this takes me too long time to wait for it. When I put my order this May in dealership, I was told my car could be delivered in Sep. That is why when my previous car was broken, I selected to lease a car from Enterprise to wait for S90. But when I came back later, I was told I had to wait 2 more months for this S90 until Nov. And this was not the last delay. Then it delayed for another month until Dec. Due to this inaccurate delivery date, I had to lease a car from Enterprise for almost four months and had to pay up to 1000 dollars per month. I really don't think this is a good experience for me. And I didn't get any reimbursement for this part. In addition, I didn't get any discount for this car even though I chose to wait for this S90 for half a year. Please care more about your customer.

Really great experience!

Keith Forster was terrific and so was everyone across the board. He really listened to what we wanted and what we liked/disliked and worked to get us a deal everyone walked away happy with. We literally went into every top-level dealership in the area (Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar, Infiniti, etc) and the team at Volvo were the warmest and most customer-focused BY FAR. Good not recommend the brand (we LOVE our XC90)---and this dealership---more. We weren't sold on Volvo initially and a couple of weeks later, it's one of the best decisions we made.

BEST DEALERSHIP & SALESPERSON. RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT BUYING A NEW VEHICLE. THIS IS MY 3RD VOLVO; NEW VOLVO IS REVOLUTINIZED TO BEST DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE. I BELIEVE IT IS BETTER THAN ANY OTHER LUXURY SEDAN.

20,000 mile service

Drop off area and parking need to be bigger. Very congested during the drop off time of 9:00am.

Same Day Repair

Had my car towed to AutoNation Volvo when it wouldn't start and they squeezed me in for a same-day repair. Awesome!
