Clinton was my sales representative and John was my finance manager both were extremely helpful, genuine, and a pleasure to work with. The dealership greeted us right when we walked in on a busy day. I had already been working with Clinton through email. And they were able to get us our car out and test drive really fast. Highly recommend this Nissan dealership!

Texas Nissan was the 4th dealer with the 4th vehicle I
Texas Nissan was the 4th dealer with the 4th vehicle I test-drove. It was the least pleasant of the four. It was surprising I actually purchased from Texas Nissan. The truck I was interested in was posted online for about a week before I submitted an online inquiry. I found out the vehicle was not even on-site yet, but the salesperson was still trying to convince me to come in. A day or two later, the salesperson called when the vehicle was enroute to the store and scheduled an appointment with me for that evening. However, the salesperson was absent for my appointment, so I was handed off to the next available salesperson. When I arrived to the dealership, I was surprised the truck was not already staged out front as 2 other locations had done for my appointments with them, which meant I had to wait for the keys and truck to be retrieved. The facilities were dated, worn, cold, and uninviting, and the coffee set-up was clunky and poorly stocked. The "dealer add-ons" presented to me during the negotiations were disrespectful, deceitful, dishonest, and not at all appreciated. After signing all the paperwork, I was not provided copies, but instead, told I would receive an email. I did not and had to follow up with the salesperson the next day to have them sent. The email attachment did not contain most of the paperwork I signed. I am reasonable and not high maintenance, but this experience and level of service was extremely disappointing. The only good thing was the reasonable price that we finally landed at.

Excellent service! I buy my cars at Texas Nissan Grapevine. I get my cars serviced at Texas Nissan Grapevine. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Been coming here for many years. TNG is my sweet spot.

Lack of urgency.
Lack of urgency. Lack of communication. Not welcoming, not professional. Not hospitable. Difficult to negotiate. Not very many options for cars were shown despite the website saying there were various options in my budget.

I made an appointment a full day in advance to change a single tire. I showed up on time, and it took 20 minutes for someone to check me in to my appointment. It then took an additional 4 hours for them to change a single tire.
