Excellent customer service from Ray.
Excellent customer service from Ray. He was not there when came to pick up vehicle I was highly disappointed and frustrated by the fact that I was being charged a service fee for using a credit card. I would think that a business as large as Texas Nissan could afford to absorb the swipe fee.
