Hendrick Honda Hickory

Hendrick Honda is the best place to buy a car. They have wonderful service and amazing deals no one can top. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

Me and my wife drove from Winston-Salem, NC to purchase a 2015 Honda Pilot. From the point we made contact with him a (few days before the meeting and subsequent purchase), he was very pleasant to work with. He was straightforward in the information he provided about the vehicles and options and once we got to the dealership, everything was all but a formality. The finance person, Vince McGuire was great to work with also, and did his very best to get us a good interest rate, and he did. Steve Gouge did a great job in welcoming me to the facility and managing my expectations as to when my car would be ready following an oil change and tire rotation. The waiting facilities were great!

Michael Heckelman helped me protect my Mercedes warranty when I was referred to the Hickory Honda dealership. He was well informed on what repairs that his dealership could do and what they could not do. He even made an appointment with me at the Mercedes dealership in Huntersville after he diagnosed the problem. I already have returned to Hickory Honda for minor repairs such as checking and replacing tires, wipers, replacing headlights. Frankly, I have been disappointed in Mercedes for leaving Hickory right after I purchased my car. I think it is important to be able to have your car serviced where you purchased it. When I had my service work done on January 9th, 2016, I received wonderful service from my service advisor, Shawn Millsaps. He made sure my repairs was taken care of that day. He explained to me about my repairs that day. My experience that day was excellent, and I waited in the very nice waiting area they have until my repairs were done in a timely manner.
