I recently bought a 2016 Honda Odyssey from Hendrick Honda of Hickory. I was referred by a friend to speak with Robert Lankford in sales. He was very helpful and informative. Service Writer Steven Gouge was professional as well as informative by keeping us informed of the progress or our service. We were pleased that the service included a complimentary car wash. The waiting area was comfortable and the restroom was super clean.

He was very helpful, polite, professional knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills!! Hedrick honda of hickory did everything to get me in a brand new car. They worked with me for 2 weeks doing whatever it took to get me in a car and they did. I was able to get a 2015 Honda Civic. Jake pike was my salesman and he was great. I'm so glad I got my car from them.
