Hendrick Honda Hickory

I recently had my 2014 Honda Civic Hybrid in for service and Darryl Watson coordinated the service. He is professional and friendly and everything was completed as asked. I highly recommend this dealership, from the initial walk in the door to returning for routine service. Everyone I have had contact with is friendly, courteous, and sincerely interested in me as a customer. I am 100% satisfied and know I will return when it's time to trade. I am also very very pleased with my 2014 Civic Hybrid. Since having the car I have never had a gas run less than 50 mpg! The car is great. Thanks again, Hendrick Honda!

I recently traded a Tacoma for a Civic at Hendrick Honda. The process was quick and painless - and they gave me a fair value for the truck. A few days after buying the car it turned out the left front tire had a leak. I was able to take it in to the service department and they replaced it free of charge. This is the second car I have bought here and it will not be the last!

I was scurrying about doing last minute Christmas shopping and when I returned to my Acura to drive home, brake lights and other dash lights flashed me like a Christmas tree lighting up. It was late afternoon but I immediately drove to Hendrick Honda - no appointment or advanced call. I was greeted by Michael Heckelman, who promptly responded to plea for help. Michael worked me in despite the numerous customers with service needs. He explained the results of the diagnosis and was genuinely concerned about my safety driving the car. Thank you Michael and all the staff at Hendrick Honda. You have always been there when I needed you and this Christmas you truly showed Christmas Cheer!

Yesterday I had my 2014 CRV serviced at Hendricks Honda in Hickory, NC and, as usual, my experience was exceptionally good. Steven Gouge was my service advisor - most helpful, polite, professional - all the qualities I appreciate having to work with. Although there is a dealership closer to my home, I rather travel the 50 minutes to use Hendricks Honda. This is the second CRV I've bought from them and I recommend them highly. Quality service.

My car was serviced recently and the staff were most impressive, especially Darryl Watson. The service was timely and the car was even washed before returned to me. I have always been happy with the reception that I receive from the staff from the initial making of the appointment to the end result of the service provided. The lady even called me back to inform me of a software update due to my car that I was unaware of. I truly appreciate all the staff at Hendrix Honda does for me. I only wish other Honda dealerships were as friendly and efficient as they are. I would recommend these guys to any who ask and even those who don't. Great job!!! Wouldn't change a thing...
