I was very pleased with the service provided by Hendrick Honda Hickory on Saturday, October 3rd. I had an early morning appointment for major service on my 2010 Honda Pilot. Joshua Huffman took excellent care of us, went over everything that was going to be serviced and explained the process. We chose to wait at the dealership and Joshua Huffman made sure he checked on us often and kept us informed of the progress.

Andy in the new car department walked me to the used cars & introduced me to Jim Bennett. Jim was a pleasure to work with. I also dealt with the Manager Stuart Allen. Both were great to deal with & I would highly recommend them, as well as the dealership. They both spent hours with me.

Steven Gouge could not have been more helpful. He explained the process of diagnosing my problem (which was a rare one) and went out of his way to secure us a loaner vehicle as we live an hour away. Thank goodness we had bought our CRV from them Preowned Certified as all repairs were covered under this warranty. Definitely would use their service department again and will buy our next Honda from them again.

Mark Buchanan made us feel like our happiness does matter to them, not only while you are there but when you leave and have questions afterwards.
