Jerome Brooks gave our family excellent customer service when we came in to look at Odyssey vans. We have three small children and they were with us, so it was quite an adventure! Jerome was flexible and patient. He really knows the product and showed us how the features of the Odyssey could help make our lives easier. He gave us space to discuss pricing and options and worked with us based upon our family's budget. It was obvious that although he was working for a sale, he truly wanted to help us make a good choice based on what we needed for our family. Hats off to Jerome! We would definitely go back to him and recommend him to other families.

Great service, friendly people. Explained each service, scheduled ahead appointment and they stuck to the time the told me. The took me to a local restaurant and I had lunch while they serviced my car. They later returned to pick me up when they completed the service. Cleaned the car prior to returning it to me and discussed the next step of service required so I would know how much time to plan for.

Great place to buy or maintain your Honda. I have bought 4 Honda's over the years from Hendricks of Concord and Hendricks of Hickory (2 from each). Service is always impeccable and the folks out there are the greatest. Steven Gouge has personally looked after me and my autos like he owned them. Super discount specials and he applies everyone whether they are advertised or not. Courtesy van and driver to take you and pick you up for local shopping or to work and pickup. Free wifi...free coffee...what else could you want....
