I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership!! Nathan the finance manager went ABOVE and BEYOND what he had to in order to get me into a brand new Honda Civic Sport. He made the buying process not feel like the normal hassle of buying a new car, it was actually fun. I can’t say enough good things about Nathan and the extent he went to so that I could get the car I wanted. Kedron showed me how to work my brand new car& did everything besides the finance aspect for me. I literally had to do nothing but sign a few papers and drive my new car home. These two wonderful guys will get you in the car you want and deserve! I’ll never buy a car from anyone else!!

I purchased a used Honda from Hendrick Honda in Hickory. Marc Roland was my salesman and Nathan Harris handled the financing. I primarily dealt with Marc Roland. I first visited the dealership on a Saturday. We went in about 30 minutes before Marc was scheduled to leave. He went ahead and lets us test drive the car even though it meant he would have to stay late on a Saturday. He stayed about an hour over and went over the numbers with us. We didn't come to an agreement, but Marc continued to check in with me for the next week. He answered all my questions and never once complained. Marc went back and forth to the finance office until he got the terms I wanted. This process took 10 days and Marc was continuously in touch via text message. I picked the car up today and the entire experience was pleasant. I never felt once pressured or rushed. Nathan Harris was extremely friendly and made sure I understood everything I signed. I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a visit if you're in the market for a new or used car.
