Hendrick Honda Hickory

Everyone at Hendrick was very knowledgable and helpful, but our experience at Hendrick was awesome thanks to Marc Roland in sales. He made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the whole car-buying process, and kept us laughing. We had to stay late to sign all of the paperwork with the finance department and he stayed until we were finished, even after being there for 12 hours already! If you are looking for a car with Hendrick ask for Marc Roland, you won’t regret it!

very customer service oriented had to reschedule time twice and they weren't upset. whatever suited my schedule was fine. met by friendly staff quality service department. timely {was there45 min} washed my car before I left. very impressive would not go any where else.

I have own 7 Honda’s in my lifetime, with 6 of them bought new at Sanford Honda in Sanford, NC. I live in Western NC and drove to Sanford thinking Sanford Honda would give me a deal based on my loyalty but they were unwilling to negotiate on a used Honda Pilot. So on a whim, on my drive home, I stopped into Hendrick Honda in Hickory, NC. I was politely greeted by Jackson and he showed me the great prices they had on their used Pilots. Not only were they willing to negotiate, so I got the price to fit my budget, but it was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! I was done and back on the road home in 1 1/2 hours in my like new/used 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L. They even allowed our pet dog in the showroom during the closing process!
