Before purchasing this Chevy Volt, I drove one a a Chevy dealership and one at a very large used card dealership. Neither of these sales people were informed and did not understand much about the vehicle. Rich is one of the most informed sales people that I have had the pleasure of doing business with in a very long time. He was very honest with me and showed intregity in the transaction. The credit manger also did an excellent job and did not "hot box" me. My overall experience with this company is very good and I would not hesitate doing business with them again in the future as my needs arise.
