Just finished purchasing a vehicle with Dennis Hartsock and I found him to be accommodating, very up front and honest, low pressure. We were there on 2 different days to test drive some vehicles. No pressure when we left the first day and returned today. We test drove 4 different vehicles and spent lots of time going through our choices and when we were ready to purchase he was fast, professional, respectful. The process of buying a car at Certified Autoplex was very easy. They took the time that was needed to make sure the car was perfect before picking it up. I was very impressed with my sales associate Ray, and the finance manager Larry was very easy to work with in completeing the sale. Over all the experience was excellent.

I had a very good expierence loved the service I recieved. The manager came in and introduced himself and that was a big thing in my mind. All cars on lot looked presentable for customer ready appearence. There is nothing bad about this dealership. Highly reccomend to any of my friends and family. Would come back anytime.
