Okay, so I gave the highest marks to the facilities. They have a beautiful building! Long story short... Before you leave their dealership and drive away with your car (that has been in an accident but they don't tell you this until after you purchase it and you press them for the Carfax), they sit you down in a room to fill out a comment about their business on Cars.com. Most of their five star reviews are before the client takes possession of their vehicle. Yes, you have an opportunity to test drive the vehicle which I did but all of my concerns were differed to the cars manufacturer. Basically , they tell you the manufacturer is the expert do buy this car and take it to them. They actually told me to do this and I believed them until the dealership told me they would not warranty certain parts because of a former accident. Certified Autoplex said its a bumper to bumper...everything will be covered! It wasn't. My vehicle was NOT disclosed to have been in an accident prior to my purchase, I received no carfax until I requested one after having troubles and taking my car to a true certified dealership. A few issues, wind noise, faulty hybrid motor, was told not to worry about that check engine light, it's under warranty...take it to the dealership! They sold my trade in and never took off the plates, they allowed the new owner to rack up. $80 in toll way fees on my account! They do not return emails unless a threat is made...Austin is their manager and is very patronizing, very. I had to replace all filters and a few bulbs in the vehicle. Very disappointing. I am not one to offer poor reviews but this experience has been so extremely disheartening. So frustrating!

Ivan was very helpful with the purchase of our new vehcile. We have a unique situation and he went above and beyond to make it as painless as possible. I definitely recommend buying a car from Certified Autoplex.

I purchased a very nice 2013 VW Beetle from Certified Autoplex. Ray was my salesman and made the overall experience great! We had to travel from Louisiana to purchase the car and upon arrival we were greeted with a warm interaction. The facility is awesome! Definitely not like the typical car dealership. The finance manager Larry was very detailed with explaining all the paperwork and I greatly appreciated that as well. You guys are great & I will be back for a future purchase. Thanks! Cynthia

Dennis did exactly what he said he would do when I talked to him on the phone, stating that they would make me happy and work with me, which made me feel better about driving from Corpus Christi. Dennis, Larry and Austin helped out so much to make this deal happen. Highly recommend Dennis, down to earth guy. Thanks for everything guys.

Never had a better car buying experience in my 40+ years of owning vehicles. I have bought exotic super cars as well as luxury vehicles from notable dealerships in North Texas, but none of those car buying experiences met my experience at Certified Autoplex. This dealership hand picks the best vehicles (newer vehicles with low mileage) in their class and sells them to the public for nearly wholesale prices!!! Can't be beat! The icing on the cake are the people who make buying a car a joyous experience - quick, no bickering, and finance rates that are among the best in business. These guys experience in the auto industry shines through every detail of the car buying experience. My Certified Autoplex go to team includes, Ray & Austin (Sales) Larry (finance) and the owner of Certified Autoplex!! My overall experience at Certified Autoplex has answered my question: why would anyone buy a car from anyone other than Certified Autoplex.

This is our first experience with Certified Autoplex and we couldn't be more impressed. Ivan Matijevic was our Sales Consultant and he was knowledgable, very curteous and absolutely no pressure. Everyone we encountered from the Sales Department, Finance, even the receptionist was interested in making our experience here the best it could be. This has changed the way I look at buying a car!
