Alura was a great service tech and took great care of my appointment. I did not wait a long time at all and she made sure she honored my vehicles extended coverage

wonderful staff great experience.

I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here

Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was able to pick my vehicle up earlier than expected and was notified of the agent what the progress was and what did not need to be worked on.

Always pleased with Alura in Service Department.

Always ready for me when I arrive. I always schedule my appointments with Alura & she is very professional and personable. She keeps me informed throughout the process with updates as needed . All I have to do is pull in and hand the keys over, sign a paper and off to the waiting room where there some snacks and a cup of coffee. The waiting room is always clean and the restrooms are always neat and clean and I commend whomever deserves it for their hard work.

Courteous and friendly staff

Staff answered all my questions and concerns. However, the routine service check took longer than expected (almost two hours). Does Toyota overbook its service appointments?
