Service

It was very hard to get a service appointment with the receptionist however my service advisor Edmon is very nice.

Range Rover service

Dismal service I had to go twice fir the first service and the second time around I waS told that since I had less than 5 K on the car, they would only change the oil and nit do the complete service and that cost me nearly 400 dollars!

Steer Clear

I couldn't believe how long it took to buy my car here. Our salesman was great. But the poor guy can't carry the whole xxxx dealership on his back. Service has been an absolute NIGHTMARE of epic proportions. The service manager is great but, again, there's no way he can make up for the severe understaffed-ness of this location. It's tiny, crammed in a corner of Ventura Blvd., and my car had a hole in the tire literally when I took the car home. They take FOREVER to complete service, you can't get a hold of anyone because they outsourced their calls to God-only-knows-where, and AutoNation won't let me transfer my maintenance package to the other Land Rover that actually has room and is comfortable and has employees who don't suck. Give Julian, Jaxson, and the receptionists a raise and start over. I expected way more and honestly, if I can avoid it, I will never buy a car from an "AutoNation" dealership ever again. I can't even believe this crap.

Encino Land Rover Service

The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Edmund in service is great and anticipates what is needed. Bijan in sales will do the best thing for the customer. I bought out my lease and he was guiding me the whole way to my advantage.

Leased a Sport

Able to work out most everything online. The car was waiting for me as discussed when I arrived and my salesman (Dino) kept the process moving quickly. The financing process was smooth and easy as well (Amir).

Avoid the Range Rover Sport Altogether

I had a 2018 Range Rover Sport that literally died a month after it's 2nd year service. All warning lights went on and it became unsafe to drive. I had it towed to Land Rover Encino where it stayed for almost 30 days with two weeks of that I was without a loaner vehicle. For weeks they attempted to fix the issues and when they finally did, I decided to trade it in for a 2021 Range Rover Sport to address my lack of confidence in driving a car with electrical issues. 360 miles into my new vehicle, the onboard computer went dark. No AC. No Radio. Nothing was working again. I called the dealership to let them know of this and I drove over to see if anyone can help me. It was a Saturday afternoon and everyone was busy so I left with a defective brand new car. To date, no one has even apologized or acknowledged accountability for this untoward and unfavorable experience. Never again will I do business with Land Rover or Land Rover Encino.
