Brought my truck in for a leaking 3rd brake light.

Brought my truck in for a leaking 3rd brake light.I was advised I was out of warranty by a couple weeks and to call ram cares to see if they would good will it. fast forward to today I get a call from ram care stating that they had called the dealership and they had indeed asked them to good will it and the dealership told them they weren’t interested in fixing my vehicle to take it somewhere else. They also advised me being a privately owned dealership they couldn’t force them to do any work. They also advised me that it might be illegal as to what they are doing and will search into this matter. Please contact me to discuss the libel and slander your service manager had spoken to the agent before I contact anyone.

This is now the third issue I’ve had at your dealership. With the same advisor who somehow happens to be the service manager. First time I took my truck in Waco refused to cover my tpms sensors claiming the upfitted tire and rims affected them. I showed him the listing of the truck sold brand new off the lot as is. He made me call the dealership I bought it from and they had to call and force him to do the work. Second issue was a month ago take it in under warranty for battery replacement. Was quoted 24 hour turnaround and ended up having my truck for 5 days for a simple battery swap. Upon pickup lights were not working and I was told to take it to the place the dealership had them installed since it was under warranty they would cover it. So I drive to Arlington to the shop that had done all the work to my truck for the dealership before I bought it. They didn’t warranty it and charged me 400$ to repair the wiring damaged at your dealership. They wouldn’t warranty it because it’s not their fault your technicians didn’t know how to do the battery swap correctly. The whole time 0 communication it required me calling multiple times and and lies about what was occurring. Fast forward to this visit and he insists on me purchasing a 1300$ for a 3rd brake light for a failing gasket that if I replaced was only warrantied for 2 years. I asked to have my brakes done they ignored that request and I asked about a state inspection and they forgot to do it and had to make me wait at pickup to go and do it. Now here’s the good part y’all charged me 180$ to diagnose my water leak aince I didn’t want to pay your 1300$ fee because you refuse to sell the customer the gasket that’s obviously not designed properly. Not only that Im told to call ram to see if they will good will it. I do and they called me back yesterday saying they called and spoke to WACO and he told the ram representative they would no longer work on my vehicle because I’m a pain so please refund my diagnoses cost as it should of been covered and fixed but your advisor decided to slander me to the agent on a recorded line I’m just holding you (Waco) accountable for your actions and word and your inability to communicate with a customer. I’ve been advised by ram to seek legal assistance as you are now refusing to do my recall work. Also upon pickup I noticed they broke the center hubcap off my rear passenger tire place is a joke.

Service department is lacking in customer service skills.

Service department is lacking in customer service skills. I’ve take my vehicle for years to the dealership for regular maintenance. I complained about a warranty issue many times, but the vehicle didn’t re-create the issue while at the shop. I finally was able to get it to re-create but was past the 50,000 mile limit. None of the notes that I submitted when scheduling appointments were saved, so they claim to have no record of my previous complaints. I am now on the hook to pay for repairs that should’ve been made under warranty had they taken the time to truly look. I was willing to split the cost of the repair with them to try and be fair. Dealership rejected that offer and is requiring payment in full. When I asked for the number for Chrysler to discuss reimbursement, I was told they couldn’t give it to me and I needed to Google it.

Used to be that the service person would talk to me and explain what the service department was suggesting and why, how much it would cost, etc. Now while I wait in the customer waiting area, I get a TEXT wanting me to go on line to see their suggestions. The service person finally came out and told me the suggestions. Also, when they brought my car out, the radio was on a different station and my seat was out of position. Why? Do the service people listen to my radio? Can't they drive my car around the parking area without changing the seat? Not nearly as customer oriented as they used to be.

They pumped all wheels to 42 psi, where it clearly says 32 psi on the door sticker. I'm calmly typing about trying to push another price twice higher then it was during creating appointment at the dealers website. They ignored package which I chose during appointment on their website and did just oil change and alignment which I've specifically requested verbally and during appointment creation.
