The experience was nice. There could have been more explanation on the car features of leasing details. They forgot to give extra key, but when I notified them they immediately mailed it.

Andria did a great job! she did every thing in her power meet my needs . I am compleatly satisfied with her work. I was not satisfied with the experience of getting my car set up and personalized !!! it was very late on a Saturday 7:00 pm and there was no tech personal around to do this service it was sort of like Here is you car, here is your key , here is the street, see you later. I WAS PISSED !! A week later they sent out a delivery kid that tried his best to help me out . the poor kid was untrained and didn't know what he was doing , I ultimately let him off the hook. It was a total embarrassment. my is still not properly set up. there are systems on my car that I don't what they do or how they are set!!! I am worried some important safety features are set to "off"

the sales person of the dealership cheats on customers. I personally don't recommend to go there. They also ignore customer's complain. It operates like an old fashion.

Solid Choice

Mobile purchasing agreement was out of commission when they delivered the car, so it took a long time to finish the transaction. Also there was poor communication during the purchasing and delivery process. They were very competitive with their pricing however.
