Car buying experience

I thought the gentleman who helped us test drive the car was very professional and great to work with. The lady I spoke with on the phone, AZ told us the car was ready for us to test drive because we were driving a long way. However when we arrived she failed to call us to tell us it was already sold. This really made me mad because when we arrived I spoke with her again and she failed to tell me what happened personally. We never met her. Otherwise, the car buying at your dealership was good.

I would have given a 5 star but I felt some...

I would have given a 5 star but I felt some discrimination when I was trying to ask an associate a question. I brought it up to the sales associate but I felt it was swept under the rug. I wish I knew her name. I wish I could give AZ 5 stars but she just greater us and handed us over to Michael to help us out. Michael was very pleasant and courteous. I give him 5 stars

Save yourself stress! Go to any other dealer but this...

Save yourself stress! Go to any other dealer but this one! This became a Nightmare! After getting my new car I am going through xxxx having them pay off my old car! I wished they were as responsive to me trying to get this done as they were when I bought the car! I did not read the reviews my mistake, I have Never in my 20 years of buying LEXUS had such a Bad Experience.

Smooth transaction

The transaction was smooth even though I wanted to test drive and get a new car during the pandemic. I appreciated that there was complimentary water and that the coffee and espresso machines were working. The deal took a couple of weeks to finalize but they worked with me to get it done. Enjoying my new car now!

My experience with the Beverly hills Lexus staff was great. Juanito was completely awesome! He made us feel super comfortable, answered all our questions, gave us tips and tricks on car buying and just over all made the experience a lot friendlier and personal. Thank you Juanito.

Friendly staff and helpful in my car buying experience. Complimentary water, coffee and light snacks. Valet parking and limited street parking. Beware of street construction on Wilshire Blvd.
