OUTSTANDING experience!!!

I highly recommend this dealership and Betsy Woods. She was extremely down to earth and she helped me find the perfect new Honda for my lifestyle! Very impressed with the entire process and this was my first new Honda! Thank you Appletree Honda and Betsy !!!!

The Honda service department and specifically Brenda...

The Honda service department and specifically Brenda McCraw did an outstanding job repairing my Honda Odyssey. The braking system was exceptional noisy and the brake pedal went almost to the floor when stepped on. The shop found that the brake pads were installed improperly and that there was air in the master cylinder cables. The service department was able to get me in just before the 4th holiday. My thanks to the whole team for a job well done. You have won another customer!! Dan Gaines

I will not be back to this place, not even to have them...

I will not be back to this place, not even to have them put air in my tires! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any business ever. I got a car from them and in the first week it broke down and left my child and myself stranded in another state (12 hours from home). The service center I was able to get it to was having issues with the warranty company so I called Apple tree to find out what’s going on. One of their sales “managers” told me he would call the company and find out what was going on and call me right back, he never called me back. Called again and talked to another sales “manager” and he was rude and arrogant from the start. Told me “whatever way you and your daughter find to get home and whether the car works or not you’re paying for it.” Who does business like this. I have called multiple times a day every day for weeks to get them to do the right thing and they have been dodging my calls and not returning my messages. They are the most dishonest and cowardly company I’ve ever seen. I will be filing a report with the BBB, Honda of America, and the FTC for clear violations as well as obtaining legal representation to get this matter resolved since they can’t and won’t take care of their customers without being forced to.

Appletree Honda has been my best car buying experience!...

Appletree Honda has been my best car buying experience! Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Betsy took really good care of getting me and my 3 kiddos into a vehicle that is just the right fit for us AND I even made a new friend in Betsy!

Found an 86 Prelude, my daughters dream car.. Working with Jamie and Steve was an excellent experience since we live near Washington, NC.(600mi) away.

Honda service department awful service department

I had four recalls on my van. I asked them to fix the ac while they had it. I was charged over 100$ for this service. I even called to make sure the ac was working before I payed. I was told it did. When I got the van back the ac intact did not work, and I was told they would not fix it with out charge. They should have diagnosed it properly when I first brought it in. They did not refund me my money. They also did not address all the recalls so it had to be brought back in for the second time. I will never go to there service department again... I felt extremely ripped off

Our Honda CRV tire pressure light went on while on the...

Our Honda CRV tire pressure light went on while on the expressway and we pulled off the next exit. Surprised to see Apple Tree Honda Dealership off the exit. The service writer James King was super helpful and knowledgeable to make our delay and concern a pleasant experience. We pulled in with no appointment at 1:30pm and left at 3pm on a Friday afternoon. It appeared that the oil and tire service at the local Honda dealership in Florida put the tire pressure at 51 psi and not 32 as recommended. Thank you James for helping us on our trip and only wish we could have your expertise and professionalism back home.

Lillian Anne Milazzo I referred a customer to Drake...

Lillian Anne Milazzo I referred a customer to Drake Hinton 5 months ago and was promised a $100 referral by January 16, 2021. It is now April 9 and two visits and 5 phone calls later I still have not received my referral fee. This is most dishonest and untrustworthy dealership I have ever worked with. Drake Hinton disclosed personal information about my referral, down payment, credit score, interest rate, income and amount financed, I have purchased many cars over the years and I have never dealt with a more dishonest dealership or sales person in 40 years of buying cars.

mighty fine buying experience

My salesperson Betsy Woods made my buying experience a pleasure (I detest car shopping). I went in knowing exactly what I wanted - a Honda Fit. Betsy showed me the new cars that were on the lot, quite nice, but i was looking for a color, a lower price point, and something that had less than 20k miles. She found my car for the price I was looking for. A deal was made. We were both happy. Even after I bought and paid for the car, Betsy continued to help me out and see to it that I received everything I needed.

The dealer responds to my review with a disingenuous “desire” to discuss my complaint....but the WON’T take my call! STAY AWAY FOLKS! This group simply cannot or will not improve, and the Honda Corporate Office allows it.
