I was totally insulted, never go here again!
Was quoted a price online several thousand under competitors. Called to follow up and was told that the interior protection plan was not optional and would be added on. This is a lie. It is always optional. Followed up regarding how the price was so low, and discovered the price they quoted me included lots of rebates I don't qualify for. I'm really glad I didn't waste time and money . Are all dealers this rediculous in priceing. I told them how much I wanted to spend and when I got their offer it was over 4 thousand dollars more, come on give me a break. By the way , the suv I looked at was a piece of crap, dirty, scratched up, rusty. I guess this dealer is not ready to sell cars. Totally insulted and a waste. Be ware

WARNING! Avoid this dealership at all cost! We purchased our Palisade in late February 2020 and added the dealership's paint/dent/interior protection plan at a cost of $1795. After taking a couple of days to review the terms of that coverage, we decided it was not worth it so we went back to the dealership to cancel. Upon canceling, they issued us a cancellation confirmation form and we were assured by their finance rep that the total cost of $1795 for the plan would be applied to our loan balance in 4-6 weeks. Now when we called the dealership recently to inquire why the credit has not been applied, we are told that the plan cannot be canceled and the rep who assured us it was, is no longer with the dealership. This is not the last they will hear from us on this. I will make their practices known on every public forum available, as well report them to the Better Business Bureau and will also file a lawsuit to pursue this matter. What is right, is right! They are not to be trusted. Consider yourself warned!j

Great Car and Great People.
The experience at Lincolnwood Hyundai was really great. Me and my dad decided we were interested in a used car they had on the lot and we decided to go see it. We were helped out by Oren who showed us the car and took us out for a test drive. Oren was very professional and very honest with us. We were unsure of the car first but after some negotiation we were able to agree on a price that was more than reasonable. Oren made sure that the whole process went very smoothly. He made sure we understood everything along the way and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with car. While at the dealer we also meet other salespeople that were also very nice and helpful so I think everyone there should be great but I highly recommend Oren if your able to have him help you at the dealer. The dealer is very nice and has a huge selection of cars. I’ve gone to other dealers that are truly horrible and was very pleasantly surprised by the great experience that was provided here at Lincolnwood Hyundai. The car has been great and I am very thankful to Oren for providing excellent customer service. You can’t go wrong by giving Lincolnwood Hyundai a chance.

Service Department
I am a senior citizen, quiet and polite. Whenever I come to this dealership I make an appointment for early as I can to avoid the wait. However, people who come in after me without an appointment are taken ahead of me. Last time it took over 4 hours to have a battery replaced. I believe because I am a senior and undemanding I am taken advantage of. Age bias is against the law I believe.

False advertising
Advertised a 2016 Corolla that has had (2) new batteries as having only 31 miles on the odometer. This is obviously false. The dealership is not to be trusted. The car is 3 to 4 years old.

Bait and switch con artists. Reneged on promise.
Son needed a car to start new job. Found a vehicle on line at this dealer. Reached an impasse on price. Left dealership. Son then received a call from salesman next day stating that Sales Manager approved our last offer. Lured back to dealer and they completely renege. Fraudulent and deceptive practices. Avoid like the plague.

No Communication or customer care
My experience with this dealership has been incredibly frustrating and unfortunate. The only positive factor is that they drove me to the train when I dropped off my car. First, the only diagnosis for my car that I was told, was when my car was dropped off. They heard the engine and told me that my catalytic converter had most likely been stolen and told me to call state farm. I never received a call or an email detailing the parts that were gone, the repairs needed, or the cost of repairs. I only received a full accounting of the repairs and cost when I had to pay for them. Second, I only knew that my car was repaired after receiving a call from the shop intended for another costumer. While on that call before they hung up, I asked for information regarding my vehicle. I received this call a week or more after the repairs had already been completed. Which leads me to my third point, I never received a call asking for approval to perform the repairs. Finally, less than a month later and a part repaired by this dealership has failed and I am in the process of getting it fixed by different mechanic. I called the dealership service shop and got some information sent to me, but have not received a call back within 5 days, 3 of them business days as of the writing of this review. This is my first large car repair, and I have not felt that I received costumer service worth the time and money I have had to pay. I would not recommend this dealer for repairs to a friend, acquaintance, or Hyundai costumer.

Bad Customer Service and Repair Service
We took our car to a HEART Certified Auto Care after we were told by a Hyundai dealer (not Grossinger) that our car was running fine. HEART Certified Auto Care diagnosed the problem. We took the car to Grossinger as we weren't going back to the dealer we bought the car from as they turned us away saying the problem was "normal" - calling it "turbo lag". We'd use HEART Certified Auto Care (they're great!) for all our repairs yet we have a Hyundai warranty (which we now see is basically useless). We know our car very well as we use it every day. There are some scratches and scuffs that are normal in a used car. When we got the car home after 3.5 weeks of repairs (to repair a transmission - which seems to have fixed our problem -so we have that going for us), we noticed the bumper and the car in general were dirty. Grossinger didn't clean or offer to clean it, and in the cleaning process we realized the bumper was badly cracked and scratched and there were new scratches on the back and interior of the car. When we took it back to have the techs see the damage, the service director blamed us and accused us of tying to scam him for more repairs, which would be silly because Grossinger took 3.5 weeks to fix our car with zero communication about the process. Why would we come back to them to fix fake issues when we are so disappointed in their service? The service manager was hostile and escalated the situation instead of trying to be helpful. For example when we said we know the car and we know the damage happened while Grossinger had the car on their lot, he said "I know you believe that but it's not true". So that was unhelpful. We're reaching out to Hyundai corporate and because of our experience with 2 Hyundai dealers (so far), we will never buy another Hyundai again. Whats the purpose of a great warranty if 1. you can't use your car, and 2. if the dealership damages your car so you have to put in an insurance claim. Just look at the Yelp reviews for Grossinger - 2.5 stars with 270 reviews. We had our doubts, yet based on our experience, the Yelp reviews now seem accurate.
