I have another dealership 10 minutes from my home, but I choose to drive all the way to Hurst to get my car serviced. Your team is professional, friendly, courteous, and gave me great customer service. I look forward to making the drive over the next time I have a repair!

Clay was perfect!

Clay was perfect! He was so helpful as were Jake and Anson. The mgmt stayed in touch as well. By far the best new car deal ever.

Anson has been brilliant so far, polite, cordial, respectful, and honest. The entirety of the buying process had been a joy. You guys have understood and perfected the art of selling a car,buy making the customer feel welcome and comfortable. Luke and Brennan also deserve a lot of credit and appreciation. The best new car buying experience I've had and I'm

The best new car buying experience I've had and I'm nearly 50 years old. In brief, Tim Woodard was an outstanding salesman. Zero pressure, always up-front and highly knowledgeable. Despite me getting comparable offers from other Mazda dealers, Tim was happy to work with me on the price. The other remarkable experience was with the finance manager, Brennan Champagne. He was able to find a better rate than my bank which typically provides me the best rates on loans. In addition, the paperwork and review of service options and add-ons wasn't the typical guilt trip or brow beat experience where they try to force you to buy them. Instead, I acknowledged the options and declined those I did not want/need. He simply moved on - no non-sense. This really sealed the deal for me as the best experience. I've purchased many new cars in my life and I really wish all dealerships operated like this. Hiley Mazda Management, take note, these two employees are outstanding and deserve recognition for representing your dealership and setting the bar high for your competitors!

Great experience with both Clay and Brennan in finance.

Great experience with both Clay and Brennan in finance. Very low pressure and very good about flexibility in making the deal work on terms that work for everyone involved. Loving my Miata.

Great team of people at the dealership.

Great team of people at the dealership. Big shout to Bruce Carlton and Joe Sabin for being so patient and accommodating. Looking forward to coming back for maintenance and that's saying a lot about the dealership because I live and Arkansas and there's one closer but they couldn't earn my business. Got just what I wanted at Hiley Mazda of Hurst and I am so pleased 😌
