Called about car.

Called about car. Was very interested in buying car but price was not what was advertised on Cars.com. Wanted to add “Reconditioning Fee”. Of course they say it was in the Fine Print they may add a fee. Very deceptive practice and would not sell car for what was listed on the web site. I would avoid doing business with them!

DO NOT... Purchase Here

Do not, not purchase any vehicles from Hiley of Hurst. It came with great reviews from Ed Wallace (Wheels with Ed Wallace) however I have not been able to understand why... The first vehicle we purchased (CASH) had been "repainted on the front and rear areas of the vehicle". I had to wait 10-days for the second vehicle which did not have the same "accessories" the first one did and I had to ASK for them... Jeremy has no business being in a sales position... Yes. I am firm in my requests, but ONLY because I had to be as a less than NEW or otherwise UNDAMAGED vehicle was delivered to me... Lessons learned... DO NOT GO TO HILEY MAZDA of Hurst, Texas. I can provide may photos of the original vehicle as well as documents that verify the second vehicle did NOT have the same accessories I originally paid for.

Bruce Carlton was great to work with.

Bruce Carlton was great to work with. He was extremely nice & very knowledgeable about the car I wanted. I could not have asked for a better salesman! Keep up the good work! I would definitely purchase from here again!
