I purchased a used Toyota from them on May 30, 2025. My salesman name was Chance, and he went above and beyond to help me. He is a true asset to your company. I got into a bad car accident that totaled my car, I don't have perfect credit an I go to Fitz to get a car. My my sales rep Justin started to help us get another car. My credit was at a 638 when I went to them. I said a price range that I can afford, an seen a car that I like. He ran my credit on that car n I was approved, 2 weeks past an didn't hear anything back, when I finally got ahold of him for him to tell me the car is to bad damage underneath that he will help us find another car. I started getting reports on my credit has been ran on another car I didn't know anything about, n ran my credit another time after that, when I was already approved from the start. I stop using Fitz cause from them running my credit on multiple cars took my credit down to a 577. Becareful who u use.
