June 25. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Time was at 11am. I got there 15 min early. At 12:45 my car finally done. Customer service knew I was upset . I needed to charge my phone and needed my charger out of my car. A man by the name of Brian came to talk to me but he wouldn’t allow me to speak without interrupting me, He basically made excuses for taking so long. He offered me a free oil change to get me to stay with Fitzgerald or to make me happy. Never happened and I am out 2 hrs of my time. Very sad at customer service. Even with my MA coupon, the oil change still $65

I walked in and Justin greeted me promptly. He asked what I was interested in and began helping me on my way to another new Toyota vehicle. This was an excellent experience.
