When I tell you that the staff here at Dick Smith was Outstanding that’s not an understatement! My 2016 Versa broke down on my way home from Charleston on I-26…I called the Nissan dealer that I purchased it from and was told pretty rudely we can’t help you so I was skeptical when calling Dick Smith. The lovely Kendra listen to my story and asked to call me back so she could find someone to help. Jermaine called back.. I spoke to him about what happened and he said they would come get my car free of charge! My mind was blown and relieved. So this past Saturday my husband and I drove back there and met the wonderful staff there. Seems everyone heard the story and introduced themselves and were sorry that it happened! Then Jermaine took us on test drives on the cars we were looking at and I found the perfect car! 2025 Nissan Sentra with the beautiful Scarlet Ember red! Jermaine and Nathan made the whole process of buying a new car incrediblely smooth and easy! So thank you everyone for dedicated customer service and professional (but friendly) service! I’ll come from the upstate anytime to deal with these incredible folks

George was amazing.

George was amazing. He answered all my questions and genuinely showed he cared! He didn’t push me into just any car. He made sure I was happy with the car!

Carter has always been knowledgeable and accountable in what my vehicles needed and the order of importance. He offered the information and guidance needed to be able to service my vehicle and satisfy my immediate needs. He also answers questions in between visits.

George Dia was absolutely phenomenal!

George Dia was absolutely phenomenal! I believe every man needs a truck and Georg help me get into a great truck that I love. He has met the expectations of good customer service, professionalism, and he is also very knowledgeable of the Nissan Brand. He did not just sell me a truck to make a profit, but he help me navigate a truck that would meet my needs. My wife and I are extremely grateful, and we absolutely love my new truck.
