Service wonderful. They always listen to my concerns and are very helpful and friendly.they worked me in with a flat tire and got me fixed and back to work in a hour. Very nice

Promised 2nd key with purchase of 2024 Nissan Rouge SL.

Promised 2nd key with purchase of 2024 Nissan Rouge SL. Called to check on it and was told I had to purchase it myself. After a few rounds they agreed to get one at no cost. Drove over an hour to meet their key vendor and he wasn’t able to program it. Told I would have to make an appointment with dealership and bring the car back. Finally got the dealership to agree to program it same. Got it programmed and got home to find it didn’t come with the emergency key.. Spent 6 hours trying to get a 2nd key still didn’t get everything I need. Beyond disappointed!
