Great price! Great salespeople! Save time, shop here first!

Great overall service from a dealer that has been around for decades. The salespeople that helped me we're laid back, yet very professional. Absolutely no pressure or sneaky sales tactics. Jamaree, Ryan and Tony set me up with a 2019 Dodge Challenger R/T ScatPack in the exact color and price range I wanted. Literally no other dealer between Augusta and Charlotte could beat their price (I spent 2 months checking beforehand). The only thing I can warn you about is this: pay close attention when Tony is offering the maintenance plans, as these will definitely raise your final cost....a lot! Bear in mind, I made the final choice here and bought ALL the goodies for a maintenance plan. I will stress here, not the dealers fault at all...my choice. Still, my car IS well protected for years to come. Seriously, if you're reading this review, then you're done looking for a good car dealer. Assistance

I was approved for a Jeep, had Jeep one month, verify work history with loan company Consumer Portfolio three times in which I never had to do. Got approval email to set up payments. Dodge called me in 4 weeks later and took Jeep and keys back after lieing by requesting I come in to sign loan paper. I was stranded with no transportation. I since purchase a 2018 from another awesome dealership.

Just bought my 8th vehicle from Dodgeland,

Dodgeland has a great and modern sales department, when I go in I speak to Eric Lawerence this guy is great no hassle from him I explain what I’m looking for and he makes it happen. Really knows his vehicles and how to deal with people, very professional. When he takes me back to finance I know with the touch screen computer table (talking about modern technology) I’m outta there in a few minutes, the hold thing has taken a couple of hours and I’m in my new 2019 Ram Rebel. Eric helps me understand how to work everything in the vehicle (hands free phone, program my radio stations) can’t say enough about this guy. When you go in for service they have a vehicle to give you a ride so you don’t have to wait and if you do wait there is this lady that comes back and check on you bring you a bottle of water (nice touch there JT) and she not the person who is getting your vehicle serviced he is also checking on you explains all was done on the vehicle. Yeah there is a reason I’ve bought 8 vehicles from this dealership.

2ND New Vehicle Purchase

I just bought my 2nd Ram from JT. Great service and no pressure to buy. Grant helped find what I wanted and worked out a quick deal. They gave me a great trade-in price on my previous Ram. The service department is great as well.

Lies, deception and misdirection

A dealership built upon deception in all levels of the sales process, all levels of employees and management except one manager, but everyone else in the name of selling is more likely deceivers. I came to buy a 2014 Mercedes CLS, trading a 2013 BMW 750I, selling theirs for full retail. BMW of Columbia, 20k trade, Jim Hudson, 18500 trade, Peacock, 18000 trade, Dodgeland started at 15500 going up to 16500, steal the trade tactics, the beginning of the deception. So I was left to remain at the dealership for four hours only to be told they couldn’t get a deal worked out. Four hours of wasting my time. The next morning got a call from management indicating that if I hadn’t brought yet, that they were going to work something out, I agreed, next level of deception that produced nothing, at that point the salesmen indicated that I needed to put down 2000.00, but if I switched to a new Ram the deal is done, I agreed so I went to the dealership again, 1.5 hours after I was there requested to call Chrysler credit to clear a fraud alert, which factually means they lied again no deal or approval existed without that. So an hour later still no resolution, I left. The next day realizing that I didn’t want a dodge to be over 10k upside down in, I rejected the fake offer, and asked again what it would take of the salesmen he said the 2000, so I reduced my payoff on my car by 2500, the next lie was they had no way of verifying the payoff, from Ally Financial, really who has a phone payoff system as well as a internet based system, just deceived for no good reason. It started as a car deal now it’s a crusade of mine, to hold accountable the practice of deception by those who do it, and identify Dodgeland as somewhere those who offer service to this country not do business with those of less then honor. I’m retired so I have time for my crusade, ultimately it’s my goal to make this a public and media statement that a lie has no place in the sales process but value and honesty does, Dodgeland you will recognize me, I’m the guy riding up and down Greystone starting on the 4th of July with the banner Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and reservist beware of Dodgeland. You might find that giving me the vehicle sought for free would have been a better option then wasting my time based upon your lies, and deception while calling it sales.

Dear Mr Stills, It’s uncharacteristic of me to become angry, so I apologize for that on my behalf. The one asset we have that has value beyond measure, is time, mine was wasted. Each and everyday went by even after I rejected the new dodge truck, I’d get a call saying they were going to work the Mercedes out, ultimately the same answer as in the days before, wasted days. I want to be resolved in my feelings toward dodgeland, if you can help, I’d appreciate it. I came to dodgeland for a car that I could buy a warranty on, what I got is days on days of wasted time. All I’m asking is to make it right since no one can give me my time back.
