Everyone at the dealership was wonderful and so friendly. Very easy to work with and no pressure. Kyle was great and found not one but two great deals for me. I highly recommend dodgeland. I dont remember every name but sales, finance and every person we had contact with was helpful.

Very professional,courteous and thorough. They found other problems, let me know right away and they took care of them along with my original issue. Also shuttled me home and back due to the length of time taken to do the repairs..

My wife went to buy a 2010 VW Routan from this dealership and they tried to get her to pay $9000 for it when they had it listed on Facebook Marketplace for $6995. Edmunds retail value for a 2010 VW Routan with 156,000 miles is $4000 MAX. Even with that they finally came down to $5500 after many times explaining the vehicle is literally not worth even close to what they were asking. We left to go get the cash from home to try to get close to $5000 out the door and when we returned the GM said they would not take less than $6400. The vehicle is not worth this at all. Even excellent condition the Edmunds retail is $4000. You can't argue with that. And we were willing to pay over that. We were being reasonable. The GM and salesman we dealt with there were shady and rude and this is not how you do business. Very sad and very unfortunate. If you want to be treated fairly, go somewhere else.

I bought a pre-owned 2015 RAM 1500. The vehicle is in great shape but what made the experience great was the staff. Tommy, Chad, and Tara made everything easier and helped us every way possible they could. Great vehicle buying experience.

I brought a vehicle about two months ago and still haven’t got the headlight fixed which was promised upon buying that vehicle. Other than that everything else with the process was great.
