Great Service

Honestly, I had great experience getting both of my cars serviced at Vandergriff Toyota in Arlington; Floyd Gray was extremely professional and helpful. He was very attentive and helped got our cars serviced in a timely fashion. The entire team did great job.

Great Experience

I am a relatively new car owner and have never gotten my car serviced alone before.. Ryan Parker was extremely helpful and made my experience as quick and as painless as possible. I hope to see Ryan the next time I need my car serciced at Vandergriff Toyota

Excellent service...every time

From Sales to any level of Vehicle service, Vandergriff exceeds expectations with each and every visit. Their representatives are first rate and my most recent experience with Brandon Fearka was a breeze. I moved to McKinney shortly after purchasing my vehicle and continue to make the hour + one way commute to work with their team almost two years later!

Juan Delgado is Awesome!

Juan Delgado came to my college son's rescue when his brand new used Toyota Yaris that he purchased in Austin, died while driving in Arlington. When I called this Toyota dealership, Juan answered and gave us great advice and recommendations. He was always on the other end of calls and quick to take action. He took care of my son's car and had him back on the road within 24 hrs! Juan went above and beyond the call of duty, especially since we hadn't purchased the auto from his dealership :). Thank you Juan!!! I SO recommend you!

Toyota Service was great

Nancy in the service department has taken care of our two Toyota vehicles for years. I appreciate her attention to detail and know she has saved us money on many of our service appointments. They are also very good at letting us know service is needed and recalls. Lastly the new coffee machine is wonderful! Thank you.

Quick Repair at Vandergrif

After finding my vehicle with a dead battery in an airport parking lot and finally getting it started, I decided to stop at Vandergriff Toyota on my way home. I was met by Juan Delgado, service rep, and he assured me that he could get my vehicle checked out nd battery replaced with a minimal wait. Juan was true to his word and we were quickly on our way home. Juan also saw to it to have my Avalon washed prior to turning it back over to us. I only wish Vandergriff Toyota took better care of or upgraded the beverage area in the waiting room.

recall service

I received a recall for my 2012 Tacoma. Contacted my service advisor, Nancy Goodwin, and she told me the needed to order the parts for the recall. Was called a couple days later and told the parts were in, I made an appointment to drop my Truck off on Friday Morning. Nancy had the courtesy driver take me to work. She called me later that day to let me know the work was completed and I could pick my truck up at any time. When I arrived at the dealership, Nancy had the paperwork ready for me and had my truck brought around to the service bay. Nancy told me that I would not experience any difference in performance as the recall was to replace exhaust pipes that were failing prematurely. My Truck was washed and cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Nancy is the greatest.

2014 Camry

We have been going to Vandergriff Toyota for years and have always been given first class service from the service department, especially from William Hays. Service is quick and professional and and we have always been completely satisfied with the service provided. Keep up the good work.
