I just have to say that these guys are great! Craig Marquis is a genuine guy who is sincere and truthful. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy even after running into unexpected hurdles that he and Miles cleared. Miles' wacky personality and we-can-do-this attitude was a breath of fresh air. He and Craig helped me at a time that I really needed to place trust in someone, especially since I am new to buying cars! True customer service is alive and well at Toyota Vandergriff in Arlington!

Went in for regular maintenance. Svc. Advisor Juan Deldado noticed flaw on dashboard. He set up an appt. at my convenience and replaced within 10 days! Juan is professional, thorough, and honest. Nancy Goodwin has been providing excellent customer service to me for over 5 years. She is always cheerful and efficient. She will tell me how long I can expect to wait if it is a busy day. She answers my questions and we talk about what I can expect at the next scheduled maintenance appointment. She is the best multi-tasker I have ever met, and she does it with grace and a smile on her face. She remembers things that I have been doing and she always asks about my family. She is professional and personable at the same time.

Floyd, Todd and James provide the best customer service. There was a misunderstanding on my part yet they still took care of me and my car and were true gentlemen. Nancy did a super job as always in checking the vehicle in, letting me know what service would be done, asking me if I had any concerns, and giving me an ETA on service completion. The vehicle was ready on time with everything completed as expected.
