Super Excellent deal for New 2015 Toyota Yaris LE
I am a very proud owner of a brand bew 2015 Toyota Yaris LE 4Dr Clasic Silver color, due to the excellent salesmanship of Michael Vuong Pham and his team of Finance Manager-Eddy Vargas and Chris B.. I came in on a Thursday afternoon and immediately was setup with the paperwork and test driving by Michael Pham who showed me all the features on this vehicle and the warranty policy matters that came with it. I immediatelt felt that I was in safe hands of a well established Dealership and their seasoned staff member. I was the proud owner of this new vehicle within 2 hours and Michael even helped personally delivering the new vehicle to my home driveway in Grand Prairie, Texas, since I had to drive my own 2011 Toyota Camry as well. Therefore, I highly recommend Micahel Pham for your future Toyota purchases.

From Sales to Service Departments, continued excellent customer service. I have purchased my 4th new car (leased) on September 21, 2015. I went to Nancy Goodwin when I first arrived at the dealership. She is always ready to help. I ask her to recommend someone to help me with a new lease. Nancy introduced me to Mr. Phillip Bergerson in Sales. He was very gracious and understanding of my financial situation. Phillip prepared my offer and then introduced me to Mr, Eddie Vargas in the Finance Department. Mr. Eddie Vargas did an excellent job explaining the financial arrangement of my lease. When a customer purchases a new car four times in a row, then the Dealership is doing an excellent job.

Continued Excellence
Nancy never ceases to amaze me. I had a simple recall on my Toyota Avalon for a rear speaker replacement. She called to let me know the parts were available and she also choose a convenient time to do the work. Finally, rather than have me wait 2-3 hrs., she arranged a ride home without even being asked. Vandergriff Toyota. Great dealership and staff
I recently purchased a new Toyota Camry from John Gollie. John is very easy going and knowledgeable. He is not the high pressure type. I am very pleased with Vandergriff Toyota and John Gollie.
