Terrific service

Ryan Parker is my service advisor. He always makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I always get the best service! It is never an ordeal to have your car serviced. The waiting area is always nice to wait.

Excellent loved it

It was my first time here since i moved from California and that heather was super friendly definitely i will recommend this to friends and family. One thing though the lady at the register was super RUDE, MEAN. She did not said a word to me.. But other then that it was an excellent visit. Thank you for washing my car btw..(:

Unhappy

I took my Camry to Vandergriff for it's first 5000 mile service. I had an appointment and the service advisor assured me it would be honored. However, I waited nearly 3 hours before the service advisor came to me to tell me work was complete but I needed a new tire. She said the tire had a nail in the sidewall and could not be repaired. She said since I had not purchased a tire warranty, I would have to pay $210 for the tire. I declined the tire and took the car to Advanced Tires. The mechanic there examined the tire, said the nail was not in the sidewall, said the nail bended going in and did not even puncture the tire. I did not need anything - not even air. I feel that Vandergriff Toyota tried to take advantage of me. I contacted the service manager via email and he has not responded to me. Guess they don't care. I will not go back there again. I knew Tom Vandergriff. He was a very ethical person. I know he would not like his name being used that way.

Outstanding....always professional and courteous.

Buying our new RAV4 was actually enjoyable. Also get prev maint done on Tacoma. Staff strives to satisfy the customer. I would recommend Vandegrift to anyone,

Great Customer Service from John Gollie

Mr. Gollie is very knowledgable,professional, and provided great customer service during my visit. I never felt pressured and was free to decide what was best for me. He worked extra hard to keep the budget that I needed. I reccomend him to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I plan on being a customer of hid for life.
