A SATISFIED CUSTOMER

The problem free; consistency after I leave the service. It's consistently done right the first time and the final cost of service was a BLESSING! One of the many reasons I continue to return to Vandergrift.

Auto Service Queen Nancy Goodwin

I continue having my Toyota vehicles serviced at Vandergriff Toyota, because of the outstanding, informative, follow up from the Queen of all auto service, Nancy Goodwin. The family says "If Nancy isn't there, I'm not going". She had definately taken care of this family of Toyotas! Thanks again Nancy, you're the Queen. Vandergriff needs to give that girl the golden service award Tiara!

Outstanding customer service!

John Gollie did a fantastic job helping me make sure I got the car I really wanted. He's very attentive, listens to your concerns and tries to make sure you are 100% taken care of. I know when I'm ready to either trade in my car or purchase another one he is the person I will be going to.

The best car buying experience we've ever had!!!!

We went the online route and from the minute we clicked on Vandergriff's site we were pleased! Our internet salesman had the car ready for us, and other cars, to drive upon arrival. The entire process took us about 3 hours start to finish, the shortest amount of time it's EVER taken us to buy a vehicle. There is no doubt in my mind that we'd not only buy through Vandergriff again but we'll happily recommend them.

Service Center

Nancy Goodwin is who you see to get things done. Took my 2008 Prius in for service, and the water pump needed to be replaced. We had the work done, but about a week later we had a light come on the dash. Nancy got the problem taken care of without issue and without charge. Thanks, Nancy!!

Service Review

Took my 2005 Camry in for service at 700AM on 07/27/2016. Met by Nancy Goodwin and discussed my problems. Very helpful and told me how long it would be. Had an oil change, tire rotation, and repail of window tenting for driver and passenger windows. Nancy arranged for transportation to and from home. Tje jobs were done and I was picked up around 3:30 PM. Great job by Nancy and team. I'll be back! JWC
