I'm a first time car buyer and had a lot of reservations about attempting to even start the process. The dealers at Kia of Des Moines were very patient with me and did their best to explain everything so that I would understand. The staff could not have been more helpfull. The engine in the used car I had failed. I needed a new car and needed to roll the existing loan into the new loan. The staff got me the best rate and I was able to get into a new vehicle.

I had applied on line for a pre-approved loan for the "creative" financing since I had a bankruptcy. I was under the impression they would be able to finance anyone--I assumed the interest rate would be higher etc. A week had gone by and I didn't hear anything back from them, no e-mail or letter or phone call. Plus they pulled my credit 2x and not just once which when you have bad credit makes it even worse. I called today to find out why they pulled two times and didn't contact me. The response was I must have been over looked but there were notes on my pre application I needed a cosigner. I fail to understand why they didn't acknowledge me and pulled my credit two times. I already don't feel good about my financial circumstance but they made me feel like a failure.

My husband and I went to Kia of Des Moines to look at new cars. I wasn?t expecting to walk away with a car that day. Our salesman was great and answered all of our questions and got us into a great car! I have always bought Chevy or Ford, but I am now a huge fan of kia?s!

As with most dealerships, there was a little more of the back and forth game, which is expected regardless of where you go. However, the gentlemen we worked with were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with throughout the negotiating process. Happy with the end result and I loved the new car "orientation" process to help me get to know my new little buddy. Absolutely adore my first brand-new car ever, and I'm certain it won't be the last Kia I own.

good easy experience, no complaints. they explained all the features so I knew what I was getting from my purchase. they went and got the car I wanted from out of state the very next day.
