KIA of Des Moines

I bought a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. The buying process was fast and easy. in and out in about an hour.

Everybody was extremely friendly and nice. My salesman, Kevin, was a pleasure to work with very down to earth and easy to talk to. Kia of Des Moines made me feel comfortable buying my new car.

Good. The sales person and the person filling out the sales forms were very helpful and friendly. Also the person explaining the features of the van was very informative and covered everything very well.We were pleased with the service we received.

The KIA dealership in Des Moines provided a comfortable atmosphere to purchase a vehicle that worked for me. Kris took the time to chat with me about my lifestyle and travel habits. He made sure I had the correct package on my new car to meet my requirements. He even suggested an insurance agent that worked out for me as well. The KIA folks want to sell you a vehicle but the thing that set them apart from the other dealers I've dealt with was their kind consideration for my specific situation.

Kia of Design Moines were patient with me in deciding what kind of car I wanted. I haven't had to buy a car for many years. I test drove 3 cars then the 4th car was the one. They are probably use to people deciding quicker than me. I left with a new 2018 Optima Lx.

I have never liked the new car buying experience until we met Ed Arnold at Kia of DM. Working with Ed was so different from the very beginning. Ed says, ("I don't sell you anything, I help you make choices.") and that was what he did. Ed and Jason (from the finance dept.) worked with us to help get to where we needed to be for the vehicle we wanted and the price we felt comfortable with. We do really appreciate the work they did to put together what we wanted, "Thanks again guys". All of the staff we met at Kia of DM were so helpful and friendly, they made our time spent there most enjoyable. This is our third Kia and we have truly enjoyed them all so far that we look forward to the next time we are in the market of shopping, it will be with Ed at Kia of DM. Thanks again Ed.
