Great service experience!

Took my Kia Optima to Kia of Des Moines for an anti-theft software update. A very good experience as I was in and out in under an hour. They did a great job and the service tech was very efficient and friendly.

Kia takes care of you!

I bought my car here & have it serviced too. Both good experiences especially as a woman who knows her cars (but doesn’t always get the respect at other car shops). Winnie is the best service representative I’ve worked with! She’s professional, respectful, responsive & knowledgeable, but also willing to investigate if she doesn’t know the answer. One of my issues they couldn’t locate the first time, but she genuinely listened to me & said we’ll try again & they found it & fixed it. In s day & age when companies find loopholes or aren’t there for you AFTER you buy their product, Kia has never given me trouble on covering the few minor warranty issues either!! So refreshing! The Shuttle driver was responsive, good communicator & called me when he arrived but didn’t see me (several entrances to my work building) & was professional friendly too. Thank you Kia for full support & service from buying to service to warranty!

Recall and oil change.

I went to Kia for my recall. They took care if me right away and the made time to change my oil even though I didn't schedule it. My car was really clean when I got it back. They also told me that I should start looking at tires before the snow hits. I appreciate Kia and will tell everyone to go there.

Excellent!!

Jared was my service representative. He was very courteous and helpful! My Kia was serviced in a reasonable time. I would recommend this service department to anyone!

Sorento 2023 SX

Bill Stone was an excellent, accommodating and friendly salesman! We found the vehicle we wanted for my elderly mother and we’re in and out the door in 2 hours. Very easy and painless experience!

Customer Focused

I’m very impressed with KIA of Des Moines. All staff are very courteous, polite, respectful and professional. They do not pressure you with sale jargon and what they think you should do. This has probably been the most positive car buying experience I’ve had in the past 35 plus years. I look forward to continuing the relationship with their service department when needed.

Vehicle service / appt completed to satisfaction

Got vehicle serviced - no issues and completed timely, been a customer for over 10 years, have bought 3 vehicles there. Have always had good experiences on our visits to this location whether to purchase or derive a vehicle. Antonio does a great job.
