I do not have any comment. I appreciate you asking me for this survey; nevertheless on the paper given to me after the oil change was done it said clearly that the windshield wiper fluid was full, that was not the case, in fact my wife filled hers in her vehicle, when I went to check my vehicle the fluid was like it was thirsty. It is just a simple issue, but make sure you do not miss something big that can create an inconvenience for your customer.

Happy soul

The service was excellent, the person receiving my auto was excellent, I have had an experience with him before and at that time he was also very pleasant and polite, if possible I would recommend him for employee of the year?

Routine service of certified Kia Sedona

Routine oil change included checking and filling all fluids, tires, etc. Even ran it through their car wash. Very reasonably priced. If I had to find a flaw in the process, I guess they could have finished the car washing a little better - windows and lower rear panels. But taking into account that they didn't have to wash the car at all, this is pretty minor.

Kia's car buying experience

My over all experience working with Kia was excellent! I recommend completing any paper work you would normally have to do at the dealership online prior to going for a test drive. It makes the whole process of buying a car much faster and smoother. Within hours I drove home my new Kia Sorrento and I couldn't be happier! Thank you Kia of Des Moines!
