Great service every time

KIA/Mitsubishi is so dedicated to making sure you have a good experience. I recently came in fur an oil change. I was told it would be about 45 minutes as I also needed both air filters replaced. I waited about 35 minutes and the car was done and washed. Everyone was so personable and kind. I've bought my last 3 cars there and I don't think I'd ever go anywhere else!

Buying a KIA Sportage

Bill Stone was my Salesman. He asked what I wanted and and worked with me until I got exactly what I wanted and almost what I wanted to pay for it. He made sure the process went smooth and answered every question I had. He also told me to call with any questions that come up.. That was a 1st time that a dealer actually told me that and also checked up on me after a couple days of having my car. Even Phil (i Think) was great to talk to in finances (friendly and courteous) I couldn't have asked for a better guy then Matt to teach about the functions and help me with all the buttons. He also gave me his number to call if questions about any of them that was another 1st for me.. Overall I will tell everyone about KIA number 1 because they were and did the best job for me.. They made my experience a very happy one.

KIA of Des Moines is great!!

This is the first KIA we have owned and we love it! The buying experience was great! We had our first oil change performed and it was a fast, easy and comfortable experience.

Car Repair

I bought my car here back in 2006. I would like to purchase another car, but don't want any payments. I will go here if I do decide to purchase again though. My 18 year old son is thinking about purchasing here, he would like to trade his 2009 kia optima for another one.
