Great customer service

Quick and easy to make an appointment, your courtesy shuttle, the snacks and refreshments in the waiting room, and my car is clean and washed when done!

Everytning was fine

Your sales person, Cindy Kirk, was just wonderful. She had everything ready to go, organized, with no goofing around. Cindy was quite neat.

Great Service

Mistake was made by using a synthetic blend oil instead of the synthetic which was shown In our records. Was immediately rectified and a generous discount was given to compensate which was appreciated. Problem was caught with no problem.

Bergstrom Hyundai Mazda Mistubishi Nissan

Timely manner and great shuttle service.

Friendly service folks, great having a shuttle ride (the shuttle driver was a really nice and easy to talk to), the work was done in a timely manner.

Proactive Service

Staff know me by name. Sales associate listened carefully to my needs and interests and made the effort to locate both a vehicle and a sales offer that was outstanding. He knew I would soon be looking to turn over my lease and proposed the option he found to me. As the customer, I felt he was very proactive on my behalf--it doesn't get better than that!
