Service
As we have the stay at home order had put off my oil change until light came on. Was told they were short staffed, but service was great as always. Also had a nail in my trier and was told and asked if wanted it fixed, I did.

the salesman was good but while they were getting the price for my trade in one of the guys behind the special desk for the managers said and I quote "who the xxxx would drive a Mitsubishi" which is what I was trading. So I walked up got my keys and said "I am who the xxxx would drive a Mitsubishi" and walked out. Disrespectful people I dont tolerate especially when it's my money that pays them.

New Tires
I took the F150 in for a tire repair and found that there was already a repair done close to that site, so the tire was too weak to be repaired again. Since they had 50K on them anyway, they sold me a new set of Michelins and price-checked with some other dealers as I watched. I was able to get a discount of $12 per tire this way in addition to the regular offers for using credit, etc.

If it weren’t for the service department I would give it 5 stars. They basically left if hanging for 10 days during a national emergency and we were trying to get back to Wisconsin. Finally just had to pick up the car without the essential service getting performed. And we originally purchased the car from Mullinax!

Service dept only honors 1 item at time on limited warranty
Front end making popping metal sound. Limited warranty Replaced left strut bushing but not the right which was doing same thing. I’m sure it’s where they can charge another $100 deductible for right side. There is no way they could not hear the right side when turning steering wheel but chose to ignore so I would have to bring it back and pay deductible again,

Two issues that we were unhappy with: Do not like pressured sales prices that are "only" good today. That turned us off completely so we walked away. Bought the car two days later at the same price. The tele-check "we hold your check" for two weeks certainly DOES Not work for everyone. Very insulting when our check was declined. DO NOT use this as a sales incentive. Poor practice. once again turned us off on the purchase
