The most laid back car buying process I’ve ever been

The most laid back car buying process I’ve ever been through. Kareem was wonderful, he’s very intelligent and works for his customers. Plus he smells good :) I recommend spending your money here!

Purchased a vehicle which had transmission issues within

Purchased a vehicle which had transmission issues within the first week of purchasing. Dealer will not honor the 15 day/500 miles warranty which is state law. Refuses to repair the vehicle even after it was verified by a technician there that the transmission has failed.

Bought my Ascent in 2022 from Napleton and have had all my maintenance done there. Super easy to schedule thru the app, always a nice experience working with Keith and always fast professional service including a car wash. Thanks Napleton. Now when will Subaru come out with a hybrid Ascent?
