The service department is always pleasant to deal with. They welcome me each time and go over what needs to be done. They keep me updated while I wait and explain the repairs that are found to be done. Checking out is extremely simple too!

Buyer beware!
I just found out that the extended warranty I purchased for my Crosstrek last year was from a third party. I had no reason to question until I need to go to another dealer due to my recent life change (lost my job) and needed to go to a closer dealer for services. I felt such a fool for falling for such a trick.

My wife and I went in to test drive the Impreza.
My wife and I went in to test drive the Impreza. We found it to small and not really to our liking. Russ our salesman, suggested the Crosstrek, which we test drived also. We fell in love with it, and he was very informative and pleasant to deal with. Needless to say, we bought the Crosstrek, and our extremely happy with it.

Brought my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation.
Brought my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. Did not receive tire rotation and they didn’t even check the air in my tires. Every tire had a different pressure varying +\- 5 lbs.

Service on Outback
Had service done on our Outback at Napleton?s Schaumburg Subaru. I drive 24 miles to this dealership because of Keith Meyers and his team of service technicians. They always do a great job and tell me what needs to be serviced now and what can wait until my next visit.
