I have had my cars serviced at Conway Ford for many years. Mitch and the other folks in the service department have done a great job for me.

Excellent Buying Experience

The car-buying experience can be a very stressful one if you encounter the wrong dealership and/or the wrong salesperson. This was NOT the case for me at Conway Ford. I did my research and came here looking for a specific vehicle in their inventory. Tom Larrimore greeted me, he is the floor manager, and he turned me over to a very proficient salesperson, Ahmed Hassanein, a very cordial and professional salesperson, who hailed from Egypt. We test drove the vehicle in which I was inrterested, and Ahmed proved to have very good product knowledge. My trade was evaluated, and after a very short "tweaking of the numbers" (my term for negotiation) we reached an agreement that was amicable for both the dealership and me. The F&I process proved to be unusually painless, thanks to the expertise of Mr. Sam Allen. I was on the road, driving my newly purchased vehicle in about 3 hours from the time I first arrived. Thank you again to Tom Larrimore, Ahmed Hussanein and Sam Allen for an excellent car-buying experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Conway Ford to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

2018 Ford Explorer

It was quick and easy told them what we wanted. They found our explorer and had it the next day.

Service

Nothing spectacular. I dropped my truck off and they called me to pick it up. I had to reset my oil life once I got back in the truck.

F150 PURCHASE

I was reviewing Chase True Car Buying incentives which led me to Conway Ford. Before my visit, I was contacted by my preferred method of text. From here I established contact with Kimberly Linn via your internet folks. Kimberly was extremely flexible with by busy and uncertain schedule to meet the dealership. Once I unexpectedly got time I contacted her and she made herself available. My wife & I met her in the showroom area and she presented a smile and a welcome no pressure greeting. She answered all of many questions and displayed all the models and option package in the F-150's, She narrowed it down to the STX models best fitting my price range and options. She was terrific in this selection process and displayed a lot of patience to my uncertain decision making. Once we decided on the truck we moved into her office to discuss pricing and location of the truck which best fit our choice. She had our trade in already evaluated and Andrew, the Service Mgr assisted in locating the off site truck. She and Andrew were flexible and reasonable in the negotiation process and fully explained the rebate and incentive which were applied. Unfortunately, due to issues beyond their control the truck I selected was no longer available from the off-site dealer and we had to go through the process of finding another truck. However, this was hampered because there were no others in my price range and I had to select from other trucks that were over $2100 more than what I wanted to spend and didn't need to spend on the extra options. So, Andrew & Kimberly located another truck and offered a reasonable discount to the extra money for the options I didn't want. Due, to our visit running after 5 pm we couldn't ascertain if the new truck we selected would be available until the next day. First thing Tuesday morning, Kimberly called me and gave me the good news that the truck is available. We arranged to meet Wednesday afternoon to complete my delivery. She again waited patiently because I was running late. She went over the options on the truck and set up my cell to the Sync3 and patiently explained how it functioned. Again, she coordinated the transfer of my tags from my trade-in to the new truck and I wasn't even aware. Not unnecessary time wasted. I would also like to add that Andrew was very helpful explaining my finance options and got me a very good deal with a lender. A terrific, satisfying, friendly buying experience.

Great Buying Experience

Rich Beach was my salesman. I told him what I wanted and he delivered just that . I absolutely love my new Ford Edge. Rich made the process quick and easy ! So Happy !!
