Purchase of my 2019 Ford Escape

Leasing an 2019Ford Escape

Mr. Rich Brach is an excellent car sale person. Great personality, took his time showing me the car I was interested in purchasing. Very patient. I hope he?s there when I purchase the next car. ??

5 times wasted my time

5 times I've been to this dealership and never purchased a vehicle. I remember once they had a contest where we "won" 25,000 so we took the winning paperwork there and upon entering the door I said "wow look at all the winners" we were directed to a desk where they took the paperwork and gave us a dollar scratch off ticket. Another time we were dealing on a Mustang on the showroom floor, we had to leave that day and they sold it, could've at least called. Most recently I took my T/A 392 in to trade on a Raptor, they offered me 31k on a car less than a year old that I just now looked up that books for 48k. I'm done with them

Shopping for a SUV

We stopped at Conway Ford to shop for an Explorer. We asked for salesman, Bob Schenone. He was very professional and after looking at numerous explorers, we purchased a 2018 Explorer. We are very pleased with our shopping experience and our purchase.
