Micah Utz, was very friendly and professional in her approach. She listened to my concerns and made suggestions regarding the car repairs. Was able to arrange for a ride to and from my house to the dealership, to make the experience to get my car repaired a little better. Thanks, Micah !

Greenville Toyota stands behind their work.

Greenville Toyota stands behind their work. During this visit to get oil change and tires rotated, I found they had billed me for the tire rotation and had not recorded the oil leak inspection I had requested. My service manager comped the entire oil change.
