Experience with the dealership was good, but I had a

Experience with the dealership was good, but I had a coupon that was only for Toyota. You need to have some coupons for other cars that you sell. I had an MDX and couldn’t use the coupon that I thought that I could use for my Oil Change, but overall it was good. The lady that helped me was very nice and she was very informing about what was going on with my car. I appreciate that cause she always come to me and let me know what was going on.

Greenville Toyota contacted me after weeks of trying to

Greenville Toyota contacted me after weeks of trying to order a Toyota Trailhunter. They were very helpful and polite. After I paid the deposit online to reserve the vehicle the manager called to let me know everything was a go. He answered all my questions and was a professional. Now I’m patiently waiting on the Trailhunter.

Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation they

Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation they did a battery cleaning and flushed brake fluid. Made it 100 yards when I picked up my truck. Blind spot monitor alarm went off and brakes were soft. Tech didn’t booked brakes and didn’t reset codes after disconnecting battery. Dealership fixed next day but brakes are still soft. I did check, they did actually change the oil.

Incredibly unsatisfied.

Incredibly unsatisfied. After having my car for 27 days, they called me to say it was ready after a minor fender bender where my bumper and a few other components needed replacing. I get up there and we're walking the car over. My boyfriend noticed one thing after another. The windshield was still cracked, the plastic piece covering the radiator was cracked guess it wasn't worth it to them to replace it. There was a bent bracket that (looks like) they just straightened with a hammer and never repainted - the bracket had already started to rust. The main support infront of the radiator was severely bent, they didn't bother to fix that. There was still chunks of plastic and foam from the bumper left in my engine bay. There was a scratch on the hood, through the clear coat, through the paint into the metal of the hood that they swore was my fault and couldn't have been caused by the wreck. My boyfriend could have done better repair work than this shotty shop. And all they kept saying was "some cars have been here 6 months" as if I was supposed to feel lucky for this interaction. You couldn't pay me to go back here and I absolutely will tell everyone I know to stay away from this shop.

I had a very wonderful experience at this dealership great customer service very knowledgeable of what they're doing and the suggestions were well needed but not oversold too much selling is not a good thing if you don't need it they were accurate on what I needed and since I stay on top of my car I had confidence in them when they came back with their recommendations great job great service!
