I visited the service department, and had an excellent

I visited the service department, and had an excellent experience working with Dennis. My favorite part was that he communicated expectations of possibilities (time, cost, & procedures) verbally and via text messaging.

I used to love TofG.

I used to love TofG. But after making an appt and still having to wait 3 hours 20 min for my car to be serviced was ludicrous!

Efficient and professional.

Efficient and professional. I love the systems Toyota uses to keep me up to date on the progress of my vehicle service through texts and as a way of communication with my advisor. Micah always does an awesome job.

Excellent service.

Excellent service. Okay accommodations for people waiting for their vehicles. Courteous staff. Kept me informed about costs and time to fix. Overall I rate the experience a 4 due to the waiting lounge. I rate the service department a 5.

Tuesday morning I figured my oil change, tire rotation,

Tuesday morning I figured my oil change, tire rotation, battery and fluids check, along with other needed maintenance, would take three to four hours to complete. I was out in less than two hours and was quite pleased with that.

Finally a respectable car dealer that doesn't play games with fees/financing. One reasonable doc fee and that is it, super helpful, the price on the site is the price you pay.
