We had a wonderful experience with Toyota of Greenville. We were able to make an appointment with James Durham this morning, and when we arrived he had the car we were interested in ready to go for a test drive! He told us of all the new features with the car as we drove along. We later met with Rebecca Bugg for the financial discussion as well as warranty options. Everyone was extremely well versed and efficient with all the details. Steve Merritt from service even spoke with us about options we might be interested in for warranty. When we were done the vehicle was prepped and ready for us to drive off the lot!! You couldn't ask for more! They are like a well oiled machine, and we will continue our relationship with them for years to come!
