Very smooth transition.

Very smooth transition. Friendly helpful staff, willing to do what it took to make a deal. Salesman was a good listener, not just trying to sale a car.

I have been servicing my car here for several years and

I have been servicing my car here for several years and been pleased with the quality and friendliness of the dealership. I recently decided to replace my car and wanted to look at the new CR V. My sales rep, Byron, was extremely helpful in guiding me through the features and functions of the various models. In comparing the Honda to the Toyota RAV4, I felt that the Honda was superior. I decided on the CR V Hybrid Sport L, and Byron worked with me to reach a deal that met my expectations. There was a slight issue regarding the final purchase paperwork, but Richard was instrumental in correcting the error to my complete satisfaction. I love my new car and strongly recommend AutoNation and Byron as a place and salesman to buy your next car.

Buying process was easy enough.

Buying process was easy enough. After we owned the vehicle, service has been a different story. We have been notified of several recalls, each time we call and ask to schedule but are told that they need to get the parts and will call us once they have them. Now months later (and at least 3 recalls) I am being told that they only have one open recall and that they have no way to offer a loaner car when you drop off your vehicle. I just had surgery for breast cancer and we have a small child that I need to get from school, so I cannot drop off out only vehicle, nor can I sit there all day to have the recall done. I would love to know what happened to the other recalls because we have never had them done! Find a place that cares, this dealer obviously doesn't. Once you have signed for the car, you are no longer important.

Excellent customer service that my my experience pleasurable. Anthony C. was professional and friendly and got me in the Honda I wanted. Financing dept. was also exceptional.

I arrived on time for my appointment. Although it took a little longer than I anticipated, I was informed of the progress of the repair, and the waiting room facilities were comfortable.

Dayton and the management team were extremely

Dayton and the management team were extremely accommodating during the purchase of my wife's 2025 Honda Civic Sport. They gave me much information regarding the vehicle and finances which allowed me to make an informed decision during my purchase. They even stayed with me until 9:45pm after closing on a Saturday! I would definitely come back and highly recommend others to go to Autonation Honda Sanford for their next car.

I bought a 2026 Honda Civic LX from AutoNation Honda.

I bought a 2026 Honda Civic LX from AutoNation Honda. The price was reasonable, and the service was great. Blake is especially great and helpful. I had a wonderful experience working with them.

My first visit did not result in a sale.

My first visit did not result in a sale. I wrote back and a different salesman picked up my inquiry. He stepped up where the first salesman failed to follow through. The used 2024 Accord Hybrid is in excellent shape with excellent prep by the dealership. I had to travel to get to AutoNation Sanford, but it was worth the trip.
