Been dealing with them since I bought my 2011 Honda

Been dealing with them since I bought my 2011 Honda Odyssey. (14 years) There has been a steady decline in service since Auto Nation took it over. They don't answer The phone (Though the recorded voice says my call is very important to them. HA!). They don't have many parts on hand and I was told my parts would be in in a few weeks. It's been a month and no call from them. When I try to contact service or my service advisor, I just get "leave a voicemail". I don't blame the folks working there because I know any Auto Nation Dealership is stripped down to a minimal number of employees to save every dime they can for their profits. I was planning on buying a new Odyssey in 2025 but now I am looking elsewhere. Likely the KIA Carnival.

They left me alone while I was looking around, When I decided I filled out the test drive thing online but didn’t have to. 5 minutes later one of the managers approached me and asked if I needed help. Got me set up with a sales person (Dee) who took the time to educate me on everything, answer any questions I had and was just a great person to work with. Jose dealt with the paperwork, he was quick efficient and was willing to walk me through all the questions I had. They went above and beyond, I was happy to have the experience!

Called dealership to setup an appointment to test drive a

Called dealership to setup an appointment to test drive a CR-V. Sergio Perez Cendeno E-commerce Sales Consultant texted and we setup a time to me. He was extremely friendly very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted and spent a good amount of time explaining the safety features and options. We looked at several cars test drove a couple of vehicles he was very helpful and not insistent on us buying a car. When we decided to buy the vehicle he was with us every step of the way with his friendly and helpful attitude. Sergio introduced us to his Sales Manger Richard St.Louis who helped us with the financial part of the deal. Like Sergio he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable explaining ways we could pay for the vehicle. These two gentlemen made buying our car a pleasant experience instead of a grind like other car dealers. I would highly recommend buying a car from AutoNation Honda and seek out these two helpful and honest people.
